Vallie's grand-niece! Fox Channel 9 in the Twin Cities did an interview with her before she left. You can see the video by clicking Here. She is now competing in the Miss America pageant, and as of today (Sunday the 6th), we know she is in the top 20!

To go along with this fine accomplishment, the ladies of Sychar are invited to a 'Pageant Party' on Friday April 11th at 5pm. We will start out with a potluck salad and dessert supper, followed by the movie "Miss Congeniality", and then slide right into cheering for Kaylee. The party will be in the parsonage basement on the big screen. Feel free to bring all sorts of little snacks that I'm sure the contestants haven't been eating all week! Everybody can wear a tiara for the evening, and enjoy some nice intergenerational ladies time!
